FAQ

1. Are your products eco-friendly? Answer: Yes. We use biodegradable or compostable plastics whenever possible. We use amber glass jars which are reusable or recyclable. We reuse packing materials sent to us. We are striving to be a zero-waste small business.

2. Are your products vegan? Answer: Some are. Some contain sustainably sourced materials such as goat’s milk or beeswax. You can check the ingredients on the individual products to check.

3. My product arrived damaged. Oh no! What do I do? Answer: Please reach out and let us know and we will figure out the best next steps. 

4. Can I use your products if I am pregnant? Answer: All of our products are very very natural and good for you. However, some essential oils are not recommended for use during pregnancy. Please make sure you are avoiding those when choosing your products:)

5. Do you use micas or artificial colors? Answer: No, from the research we have done, even though micas and artificial colors are “approved” for cosmetic use, whether or not they are actually safe or good for you is questionable, so we are playing it safe and leaving them out. 

6. Do you use palm oil? Answer: Some of our soaps include palm oil, but we only use sustainable-sourced palm oil.
