Care for your new product(s) by:
* Taking care to handle glass jars and bottles carefully.
* Using a spoon to scoop scrubs and taking care not to introduce water to them as they are preservative-free products.
*Test on a small area of your body first.
*Store in a cool dark place to preserve the scent of the essential oils
Your product(s) can be damaged if:
*You introduce water into them.
* You leave them open or in a sunny, warm place (The scent of the essential oils tends to dissipate in bright, sunny areas.)

Timeline
Selecting expedited shipping during checkout does not ensure a faster processing time. Your product may still need 3 Days to be made or 5 Weeks for Custom-ordered Soap to be handmade. Please contact us if you need an item quickly and we will try to accommodate you!

Due to the nature of the items, we cannot accept returns, but please contact us if you are unhappy with your order. We have a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.
Refunds (if applicable)
Please contact us if you are unsatisfied with your order or the item arrived damaged and we may issue you a refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
